When I headed out at dawn this morning, the temperature was several degrees below zero, yet that didn’t matter when the sun rose and cast a golden hue over the frozen landscape. Robins followed me wherever I rambled, occasionally posing for photographs. No ‘Platt Cats’ today. They sensibly must have stayed indoors where it was warm. The weather looks to be settled (and maybe slightly warmer) for a few days, which is good news for everyone.
